HARRAH -- A bear was spotted in a tree in the 3000 block of Harrah Road on Sunday afternoon, according to a Yakima County Sheriff's Department news release. Sheriff's deputies and officers from the Yakama Nation Fish and Game Department responded just after 1:30 p.m. to the reported bear sighting.
