SNOQUALMIE PASS, Wash. -- Improvements along a five-mile stretch of Interstate 90 between Hyak and near the Lake Keechelus snowshed could begin as early as April.
State Department of Transportation officials recently awarded the second contract in the project to Max J. Kuney Co. of Spokane, which made the lowest bid of $76 million. The bid was 30 percent below state estimates.See the full content of this document
