YAKIMA - Audris A (Tegeler) Collins, age 86, passed away October 10, 2008 at Garden Village Nursing Home. Audris was born on October 29, 1921 in Missouri to Samuel and Sarah Adams. Her family moved to Selah Washington when she was very young. She graduated from Selah High School on May 29, 1940 continuing on to Whitman Business University graduating on September 5th 1941. She married Delbert M. Tegeler September 4, 1942. Their first child Ron was born in 1948 and their second child a daughter Melinda was born in 1951. Audris and Delbert raised their family in Yakima, until Delbert's death in 1975. She then met and married Clinton Collins in 1977. Expanding her family to include Clinton's three children Susan, Dennis and Sally. Clint preceded her in death in 1995.See the full content of this document
