If it isn't the classic no-win situation, it has to be close.
A portable toilet that had been in use at a community garden at 101 S. Sixth St. for several months was ordered removed by city of Yakima officials because it violated municipal codes. Portable toilets are for temporary use -- construction sites and gatherings such as the downtown Farmers Market, for example -- and this one had become a quasi-permanent fixture and magnet for use by the homeless.See the full content of this document
