A couple of weeks ago I traveled to Washington, D.C., and witnessed the presidential inauguration through the Presidential Classroom program.

This program is a civic education and leadership organization that brings students from the United States and abroad to our nation's capital to witness the federal government at work and to interact with our nation's leaders and policy-makers.
