YAKIMA - Joseph Ronald Franck, beloved husband and father, was called home to his heavenly father on December 30, 2005. Joe was born to Bertha and Joseph Franck on November 24, 1936 in Flasher, ND. Early in his childhood, he moved to Yakima, WA where he attended St. Joseph grade school, Washington Jr. High and Yakima High School. He enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in 1954 and attended basic training at Camp Pendleton. After basic training, he was sent to Korea and Okinawa, Japan. After completing his duties overseas, he was stationed at a Marine Corps air facility in Santa Ana, CA. He was later sent to Baltimore, MD to the Army Intelligence School and obtained the rank of Sergeant during his service. He married Delores Feist and they moved back to California until his honorable discharge from the service in 1957.See the full content of this document
