Summary


Well, the teams in the Class 1A boys state tournament won't have Seattle Christian to kick around this year. Or be kicked around by, which is usually the case.

The Warriors, who placed third in last year's tournament after playing in four straight title games (2000 through 2003), didn't even make it into district play this year. Neither did Life Christian, which -- like Seattle Christian -- has essentially been penalized for playing a tougher regular-league schedule against primarily Class 2A and 3A competition.
