ELLENSBURG --Kittitas County has been awarded a $150,000 grant from the Federal Emergency Management Agency to develop a plan to react to disasters such as flooding and winter storms.
All local governments are required by the Disaster Mitigation Act of 2000 to develop a FEMA-approved plan. Currently, Kittitas County doesn't have one.See the full content of this document
