EVERETT - Lyle Grant Taylor was born in Outlook, WA on March 21, 1926. He attended school in Selah (near Yakima), graduated in 1944 and immediately joined the Navy. In 1946, he married his high school sweetheart, Barbara Johnson. He completed two years of college in Los Angeles, attending night school while he worked in the aerospace industry. He then brought his family back to Washington in 1967, owning and running a hardware store in eastern Washington. The family came to Western Washington in 1973, and in 1978, he and his wife, Barbara, opened an insurance agency in Edmonds, running it for 20 years.See the full content of this document
