DEER PARK, WA - Marvin, age 67, was born February 8, 1943 in Yakima, WA to William Huntington and Victoria Geroux-Huntington. He passed away June 28, 2010 in Deer Park, WA. Marvin was one of three remaining survivors in a family of four siblings. He was raised in Yakima and attended Saint Joseph Marquette High School. Marvin received his degree in business from Central Washington University in Ellensburg, WA. Marvin served in the Army Reserves for four years. He was married twenty five years to first wife Marilyn and lived in Seattle, WA. Marvin moved to Spokane, WA where he met and married Glenda on November 6, 1999. Glenda and Marvin developed their land and home fondly referred to as "Sunset Junction", where they have lived for almost eleven years. Marvin was retired from the State Department of Social Security Disability where he worked as an adjudicator for ten years. Previously in Seattle he worked as a life underwriter for twenty five years. In earlier years, Marvin enjoyed hunting with his father, brothers, and friends. Marvin was an avid fisherman and had many fishing buddies who joined him in the fun. He enjoyed taking ATV trips with the ATV Club. He was also an expert in upholstery work for autos, furniture, and antiques. He enjoyed many seasonal activities with his grandchildren such as fishing and sledding at "Sunset Junction".
