Perhaps October is the best time of all to be out in the garden. The temperatures have cooled and the color that surrounds us takes our breath away. Take time to pause and enjoy all the wonders that fall has to offer before you start on the many chores in your yard and gardens that need attending to. They needn't be overwhelming if you plan to take on a few tasks at a time.
