Kittitas County visual artist Justin Gibbens is one of 21 recipients of an Artist Trust/Washington State Arts Commission Fellowship for 2008.
The recipients were selected out of 450 applications from artists working in emerging and cross-disciplinary, performing, traditional and folk and visual arts. Recipients were selected by peer-review panels made up of artists and arts professionals from across the state and into Oregon.
